Traditional Data Entry Jobs versus Online Data Entry Jobs

First of all I will explain what I mean by 'traditional data entry' and 'online data entry'.

Traditional data entry jobs are those in which you will work from home but you will be working for someone else. Typically, you will be inputting data for a company, although this is not always the case. With traditional data entry jobs you can be more certain that it is not a scam. Further, generally, you can be pretty confident about being paid. However, some companies have an accuracy test that you must pass. For example, if your accuracy is less that 90% then you don't get paid. What you are paid with traditional data entry jobs is generally nothing that special.

Online data entry jobs are typically freelance jobs where you choose the work you want to complete. Even though you may be undertaking work for a particular company, you are working for yourself and are responsible for your own income. There are many, many online data entry jobs to choose from and the earning potential is unlimited. However, you are in control of how much work you put in and how much money you generate.
